Acceptance of Terms of use of MBAcademy website

Every legal entity or physical person that intends to pay for a training seminar or course through MBAcademy website should fill in and confirm authenticity of the information in registration form. By doing this the client accepts the Terms and Conditions of MBAcademy website. He gets the right to place orders for buying participation in training courses, seminars and other events, offered by MBAcademy and to cancel their participation by the estimated set of rules.

Price and characteristics of products

Prices are different for each separate training event and location and include VAT, all due fees and taxes, unless otherwise noted.

Change in products’ prices

MBAcademy has the right to change prices at every moment without informing clients in advance. The clients pays the price current to the moment of placing the order.

Personal data protection

In order to buy products and services from MBAcademy you submit personal data. This data is under the protection of Law for Protection of the Personal Data. MBAcademy uses this data with the only aim to improve the offered services. We use your data to get the necessary information for execution of your order. Your data IS NOT TRANSFERRED to third parties.

Order, registration, delivery

Delivery is done after registration of the client for seminar/course/event participation and confirmed payment for the placed registration. In the registration process the client fills-in registration data (step 1) and payment information (step 2). Each valid and accepted registration gets official number, electronic ticket, receipt and a confirmation for registration is sent to the client’s e-mail. The client is informed by e-mail or phone call if there is any problem with his/her registration.

In case of impossibility for participation in a particular event, the client could apply the paid participation fee and/or registration deposit against participation in future event. The latter is subject to availability and shall be approved in advance by MBAcademy.

The client can cancel his/her participation in a particular event. In case of cancellation if the client has paid the price by debit or credit card, the amount is refunded through a reverse (credit) operation on the debit or credit card less 10% non-refundable registration deposit.


Payment can be done:

  • by credit or debit card using virtual terminal provided by www.Eventyard.net. During the process of authenticity verification of your card the staff of MBAcademy doesn’t have access to confidential data which is exchanged between the card holder and the bank despite the fact that the deal is accomplished on our website. Card data security is protected through SSL connection between our server and the server processing the payment.
  • by bank transfer to MBAcademy bank account noted on the event registration form.

Additional trade discounts

All clients can take advantage of 10% early-bird discount which is valid 4 weeks prior the event start. In order to use such discount, client should to register and pay 10% of the participation fee as registration deposit.
